4. Booking and Payments

A deposit may be required to reserve and confirm your move. Remaining balances are due according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to make required payments may result in delays, cancellation, or additional fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses and inventory information, informing us of access restrictions or specialty items, securing valuables, and ensuring safe access for loading and unloading.

6. Liability and Insurance

American Eagle Relocation takes reasonable care in handling customer belongings. Liability may be limited depending on valuation coverage selected and applicable law. Customers should not include cash, jewelry, legal documents, medication, or irreplaceable items in shipments.

7. Storage Services

Storage charges must be paid according to agreed terms. Restricted access or additional fees may apply for unpaid balances as permitted by applicable law.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling requests may be subject to availability and fees depending on timing and booking conditions.

9. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, explosives, illegal goods, perishable food, live animals, restricted firearms, or other prohibited items.
